W.T.I. is a 21,000 sq. ft. facility of which 15,000 sq. ft. is shop area with another 6,000 sq. ft. assembly area and 4000 sq. ft. of Engineering. We have a dedicated 16 x 33 ft. inspection room. WTI has a machining capacity of up to 33 x 30 x 80 inches and are able to turn 32 inch diameter x 80 inches long. We also have a full grinding room.
W.T.I. has the experience, and is equipped to handle a wide range of machining and assembly requirements. We welcome small quantity, close tolerance tool work to medium run production work to complete design and build. One of our specialties is in CNC machining. We have many years of experience in complex CNC machining and also do various designing and assembly jobs.
Most of our work is done complete in-house, but for those requirements that we are not equipped for, we employ a number of highly qualified vendors.
Jobs are quoted for complete manufacturing, including materials, heat treating, purchased items, assembly, controls, inspection, marking, run-offs and shipping.
W.T.I. carries a number of blanket orders for customers, both automotive and non-automotive. We have most recently taken on and are rapidly gaining experience in the area of gage building. We are also experienced in reworking and retooling of existing machinery, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, electronics and computer related equipment.
